Entries must be dropped off at the Alparon Park Office by 5pm on Thursday April 24th. Judging will take place Friday April 25th. Winners will be announced by 6pm Friday April 25th.

Classes:

• Syrup: 3 ounces, 3 classes: Light/golden, Medium/amber, Dark
• Candy: 3 ounces, approximately 3 pieces
• Cream: 3 ounces

Placing Payouts:

• Syrup $25/$15/$10
• Candy and Cream $25/$15/$10
